Please note that Next Day Delivery is applicable for working days, Monday to Friday. However, any orders placed after 12 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
For large items, such as beds, 6-seater dining tables, and sofas, we will require a delivery date in advance. These items are delivered via a two-man next-working-day delivery service, which will attempt delivery once. Please be aware that there will be an additional charge for any missed deliveries of large items.

Any products listed on the Furnizone website, unless indicated otherwise, will be delivered the next day. However, exceptions do apply if the parcel gets delayed due to reasons that fall outside of our control.
Free and next day delivery is only applicable within the mainland UK.
The couriers we partner with operate a 24/7 service with an ETA that we do not know. However, we will provide you with a tracking number that you can use to track your product. You will receive updated information about the delivery date through the tracking number as well.
Some couriers provide an ETA text, however, this isn’t applicable for all orders.
It is important to note that our couriers can only deliver the goods in front of the apartment. They may not carry the items up to your specific flat, we apologise for any inconvenience that may occur due to this.
Our recommendation is to have someone assist you in carrying heavier items with you to the flat. This will, however, be your responsibility. If you would like to provide us with specific instructions for delivery that may assist you, please inform us and we’ll pass on the instructions to the courier. It would help if you could give us specific instructions at least 10 hours before we dispatch the goods.
Please note that Furnizone only provides free delivery to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Highland (including AB postcodes) and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland please contact us as there are surcharges for these delivery locations. Deliveries to surcharge regions will often take slightly longer to arrive.
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be generated and shared with you. This number should provide you with regular updates about the location of your products. If you need any information related to the delivery of your products, you can always reach out to support and we’ll help you figure out when the product(s) will arrive.
Please make sure someone is there to receive the product. If you plan to leave the delivery location, please inform us in advance so we can arrange for a delivery date that is convenient for you. It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery addresses which must be the same as the one on your PayPal and/or credit cards.
