Placing an Order

Before purchasing the goods listed on this website, please thoroughly review all specifications for each product and read their descriptions in detail. Acceptance of the order will only take place once we verify the order through phone or email. The order will be considered accepted unless you explicitly tell us otherwise, or if we tell decide to cancel it for any reason.


Right to Refuse Service

Furnizone.co.uk reserves the right to not accept an order or cancel one if:

  • Our payment processors were unable to collect funds from you or later canceled it for any reason (such as incorrect billing address)
  • The payment was fraudulently made
  • The product is no longer in our stock
  • The manufacturer has discontinued the product
  • Processing errors were made when calculating prices or writing product descriptions
  • Our delivery network does not cover your area

If you believe your order was canceled unfairly, or for reasons other than stated previously, please contact our support team.


Delivery

All products, unless indicated otherwise, are dispatched in 24 hours; however, there are likely to be exceptions if the parcels get delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If you are not sure of delivery dates, please contact support. It is your responsibility to arrange for someone to receive the products on the agreed-upon date.


Here are a few things you must make a note of when placing an order with Furnizone:

  • You must provide us with the correct contact details so that we can discuss the date of delivery. This is to avoid delays with shipments. If the details are incorrect then we will contact you for updated contact details and If we don’t get a response from you in 3 days, we may cancel the order.
  • It is your responsibility to check the confirmation email to ensure we have your correct delivery address. If the delivery address is not correct, you must contact us before we dispatch the product. Failure to do this will result in delays and cause additional charges.
  • You must provide us with directions if your location is difficult to find.
  • For security reasons, you or an authorised adult must sign upon receipt of the order. If you want the courier to leave the items with the neighbour or without collecting your signature, then you must notify Furnizone beforehand via email. By requesting couriers to leave the items in a ‘safe place’, the customer is responsible in case of loss or theft.
  • Once the courier delivers the item to the designated address, ownership is automatically transferred to you. From that point onwards, you are fully liable for any damage or destruction to the item.  
  • If you fail to receive your goods on more than 2 occasions, you will be charged an extra redelivery fee before we make a new attempt. If you fail to receive the goods on 3 different occasions, our courier will return the items back to us and you may be levied more delivery fees.
  • If you refuse delivery from the couriers and the items get delivered back to us, a £25.00 return fee will be levied on you. 

If you’re not available for the whole day or need to leave, please inform us so that we can arrange a more convenient delivery option for you. For deliveries to flats and apartments, our couriers are only authorised to deliver them to the front of the building and cannot take items upstairs / lift to your specific flat. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Please note, our free delivery service is only applicable to mainland England only. For delivery outside this area, there may be a surcharge for such locations. Please contact us to know about these charges. Delivery may also take longer to arrive.

  • All orders placed before 12 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
  • Orders received after 12 PM or over the weekends will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • A tracking number will be provided to you to keep track of your order.
  • Failure to accept delivery may result in extra charges.
  • Once we dispatch the item from our distribution center, it would be extremely difficult to change your delivery address, and you will be charged an additional £10 fee for this.

Change of Mind Returns

We offer up to 14 days for Change of Mind Returns, we highly recommend you contacting us as soon as possible to reduce the chance of accidental damage occurring in your home. When handling/moving an item please take great care not to damage the item. Any item that suffers accidental damage after we have delivered your item will not be eligible for returnPlease ensure that you pack the goods exactly as received (in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING) when you return them to us to prevent any damage during transportation. Furnizone will always offer to book in a collection for the customer and we charge a collection fee on a case by case quote based on product type, number of goods and location of the collection. Should you wish to return the items yourself this is not a problem however you must notify us and you will be held fully accountable for any courier damage occurred.

Once the item/s has been returned to us as detailed above, a refund will be issued to you via the method by which you paid. Please note we will refund the price you paid for the items. We reserve the right to reduce your refund if the item is used, damaged, or not in resellable condition. 

Please note: We will NOT accept returns if the item is not in its original packaging.


Damaged and Faulty Goods

  • If you notice damage to the product or packaging, please inform us immediately
  • In case of damaged goods, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt
  • We will replace any damaged products right away and arrange collection of the faulty ones which should be packed back in its original packaging with all the tools and hardware.
  • If you wish to return the faulty item and receive a full refund then we can arrange collection of the faulty item which should be packed back in its original packaging with all the tools and hardware. Once we receive the item we will process the refund
  • We will require photos of the item in order for us to assess faulty/damaged goods to help you resolve the issue ASAP
  • Your statutory rights are not affected

Prices and Payment

  • All prices are VAT inclusive. Your order’s total cost is the rate of the products delivered and delivery charges (if applicable).

  • We accept various payment methods including: PayPal, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, BACS transfer in to our account.

Guarantee

All the products listed on the website come with a 1-year guarantee unless stated otherwise. Any products you purchase for commercial use are not covered by the guarantee.

All content on this website, including images, texts, and videos, are protected under UK copyright laws. If someone is found to be using our content without taking prior approval from us will be requested to delete it promptly. In addition, they may also be prosecuted
