Furnizone strives to make sure you get the
highest quality of products possible. But mistakes can happen and errors may
slip by. This is why we entertain returns and refunds within 14 days of
receipt. If the item gets delivered with faults and damage, we will arrange for
a replacement or refund based on our discretion. If you would like to get a
full refund instead, we can arrange this as well.
Returns/Exchanges
Furnizone will accept returns for unwanted
items within 14 days of receiving your order. However, you will be responsible
for the return costs unless the items arrived faulty/damaged. We can offer to
arrange collection for you but the return cost will be deducted from the refund
issued if the product wasn’t damaged/faulty.
We may accept unwanted returned goods
outside of 14 days, but no later than 30 days after you confirm having received
the order. It is very important for the items to be in their original packaging
and should be unused.
Furnizone does not accept products that are
not in their original packaging. If the items are not packaged properly or the
items sustain additional damage when returned to us, then the cost of
repackaging/damage would be subtracted from the refund amount. We encourage you to inspect the product
before discarding its original packaging.
We cannot process a full refund after the 30
days. However, we may arrange a replacement if your product arrived in a faulty
or damaged condition. If the product was not damaged or faulty, and you still
want a refund after 30 days, unfortunately, we won’t be able to entertain this
request.
More Information About refunds
We will process the refund as soon as we
receive the item (within 3 working days if you use our couriers). Once the
items have been received by us, the refund is subject to the payment method you
used.
In general, PayPal is instant; card payment will take around 5 to 10 working
days.

How Do I Initiate a Return?
1. You are encouraged to reach out to sales@furnizone.co.uk with your receipt
number along with images (if the item is damaged/faulty)
2. You will be asked to send the item to us and may have to cover the cost of
shipment depending on the nature of your returns
3. Once we have collected the item and verified it, a refund amount will be
issued to you
How Long Does Refund Take?
If we were unable to resolve your problem
and you want a refund, then we will process your refund as soon as we receive
the items.
The processing times for the refund depends
on the payment processor, as indicated above.
What Happens If My Item is Damaged
It is possible for items to get damaged by
couriers in transit, or there may be a fault with the item during manufacture.
If your items arrive damaged or faulty, we will try to resolve the issue right
away and offer the following options:

Collection of the damaged / faulty item and replacement item dispatched right away

A partial refund will be issued

We will arrange collection and
issue a full refund
If you find any damage with an item, please
inform us within 3 days of receipt.

damage / faulty items to help our team resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
